We want our young members to be ready for living a life full of financial literacy! We are rewarding our young members in June when they SAVE money and OPEN new youth accounts with us! This is the perfect time to start your kids or grandkids on a path that can benefit them when they are grown and on their own.

How to Earn Entries This June

  • 1 entry for each youth deposit made (minimum $5 deposit) 2
  • 1 entry for each youth savings or checking account opened
  • 2 entries for each special or regular youth share certificate opened

The more you visit us and make deposits, the more entries you can earn! Each time a youth member makes a deposit they also get to grab something out of the treasure chest as an extra perk!

Youth Financial Literacy Certificate Program

Let’s keep your kids and teens interactive with their financial journey. By opening a special Youth Financial Literacy Certificate, you pave the way for your youth member to learn about saving, spending and having a good relationship with their money. They have the opportunity to earn 5% APY – 10% APY depending on which age tier they fall into.

This program does require youth members to complete activities and interact with Gateway Metro staff so that they can successfully complete their financial literacy passports that come with their share certificate.

1) Winners will be drawn and notified on July 8th, 2025. Entries can only be earned between June 1 – 30, 2025.

2) Youth member must be present when making deposits to qualify for an entry and treasure chest prize. Members can only receive one entry per deposit.
