Virtual Branch

With this free service, as a Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union member you can monitor your account anywhere and anytime with a computer and an internet connection. This feature gives you the power to control actions such as account inquiries, transfers, view transaction history and loan information, all at your fingertips.
 

CyberStatements

Your Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union account statements are available through our Virtual Branch. Once enrolled in this free program, you will receive a monthly email notifying you when your statement is ready for online viewing. You may even print or save statements to your computer for added convenience. Easy enrollment starts by simply clicking the CyberStatements link on the Self-Service tab of online banking.
 

Bill Pay

Convenience is key and with our Virtual Branch, you can quickly manage bill payments online. Save time and money by setting up a personal merchant list, manage outstanding payments, and review up to 18 months of your payment history. This free service is provided to all members who have a checking account, direct deposit, and those enrolled in the Virtual Branch and Cyber Statements programs. For those not currently accessing those services, the Bill Pay feature is as low as $5.95 per month.
 

Account Alerts

Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union understands that our members are busy, which is why we offer email alerts to all members who use the Virtual Branch. To set up alerts, click on the Self-Service tab where you can choose to receive alerts for:

  • Balances
  • Deposits
  • Payment due dates
  • Withdrawals (ATM, check, debit and other)

 

Mobile Services

Mobile Money

Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union is as close as your pocket, purse, or hip – wherever you keep your phone, you keep your credit union! Use your cell or other mobile device to securely receive text alerts, view accounts, even transfer funds whenever you need them, wherever you are. This free service is available to our members who use Virtual Branch.
 

Text message banking

If your phone or mobile device can send/receive text messages, you can text the credit union! This feature allows you to send a text message to easily view account balances and transaction history. To sign up, log into Virtual Branch, select Mobile Money, then click Sign Up.
 

Gateway Metro’s mobile app

Your credit union is now as close as your phone’s home screen! With the Gateway Metro mobile app you can view account balances, transfer money, deposit checks, pay bills and even apply for a loan. Download the app from the Apple or Google Play app store (depending on your phone), and log in using your Virtual Branch credentials.
 

Deposit 2 Go

This free service available through our mobile app enables you make deposits up to $2,500 per day into your Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union account from your mobile device. Simply take a photo of the front and back of your check, then direct us where to deposit the funds. Funds are usually available within two business days, and you can then void or shred the check once you’ve verified that the funds are in your account.

Direct Deposit

Skip the extra credit union trip and teller lines by automatically depositing your entire paycheck, retirement check, or other recurring payments directly into the Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union account of your choice! Simply give our information to the organization providing you checks:

Power Pay

Make your Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union loan payment or account deposit automatically – no checks to write or deposit slips to complete! Tell us the amount and on what date to withdraw from your paycheck or account at another financial institution, and then receive the remainder of your check amount as normal.
 

Wire Services

Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union members can wire money from (fee based), or receive a wire transfer to (free service), their credit union accounts!
 
If money is being wired into your Gateway Metro Federal account, please provide the sender the following information:

  • Send to Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union
  • ABA routing number 281082339
  • Credit to member’s name and member number

 
To wire money out of your Gateway Metro Federal account, please provide us with this information:

  • Member’s name, member number and account type
  • Social Security number
  • Address
  • Date of birth
  • Phone number
  • Purpose of the wire and amount
  • Receiving institution’s name, ABA routing number, city and state
  • Name of the recipient, home address and account number

Visa Reloadable Pre-Paid Debit Card

Keep your spending in check with the Visa Reloadable Pre-Paid Debit Card! Acting just like a debit card, it is accepted anywhere that takes Visa and even allows you to make ATM withdrawals. For added convenience, use direct deposit to load your paycheck into your card!
 

Notary Services

Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union offers notary services at almost all locations for just $2 per page. Please call us during business hours to confirm a notary will be available when you need one.
