With this free service, as a Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union member you can monitor your account anywhere and anytime with a computer and an internet connection. This feature gives you the power to control actions such as account inquiries, transfers, view transaction history and loan information, all at your fingertips.Visit Online Banking Center
Your Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union account statements are available through our Online Banking. Once enrolled in this free program, you will receive a monthly email notifying you when your statement is ready for online viewing. You may even print or save statements to your computer for added convenience.
Convenience is key and with our Online Banking, you can quickly manage bill payments online. Save time and money by setting up a personal merchant list, manage outstanding payments, and review up to 18 months of your payment history. This free service is provided to all members who have a checking account, direct deposit, and those enrolled in the Online Banking and eStatements programs. For those not currently accessing those services, the Bill Pay feature is as low as $6.95 per month.
Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union understands that our members are busy, which is why we offer email alerts to all members who use Online Banking. To set up alerts, click on the Self-Service tab where you can choose to receive alerts for:
- Payment due dates
- Withdrawals (ATM, check, debit and other)
Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union is as close as your pocket, purse, or hip – wherever you keep your phone, you keep your credit union! Use your cell or other mobile device to securely receive text alerts, view accounts, even transfer funds whenever you need them, wherever you are. This free service is available to our members who use Online Banking.
Text message banking
If your phone or mobile device can send/receive text messages, you can text the credit union! This feature allows you to send a text message to easily view account balances and transaction history. To sign up, log into Online Banking, select Mobile Money, then click Sign Up.
Gateway Metro’s mobile app
Your credit union is now as close as your phone’s home screen! With the Gateway Metro mobile app you can view account balances, transfer money, deposit checks, pay bills and even apply for a loan. Download the app from the Apple or Google Play app store (depending on your phone), and log in using your Online Banking credentials.
This free service available through our mobile app enables you make check deposits into your Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union account from your mobile device. Simply take a photo of the front and back of your check, then direct us where to deposit the funds. Funds are usually available within two business days, and you can then void or shred the check once you’ve verified that the funds are in your account. Two-Way Fraud Alerts
Stay on top of potential fraud transactions with our Two-Way Fraud Alerts. This is an easy and quick way to help protect your debit card from unwanted transactions. Our fraud monitoring network watches for suspicious or unusual transactions. If a suspicious transaction appears on your card, you’ll receive a text asking if the transaction is legitimate. Text back to confirm or deny the transaction. You will be automatically opted into the text alerts if you have a cellphone number on file and have a GMFCU debit card. Make sure your personal contact information is up to date in our system by making changes through online banking or asking an MSR to update your information.
