GMFCU 2025 Annual Meeting Registration – St. Louis, MO
April 15th, 2025 at 5:30 p.m.
Each year we hold our Annual Meeting to discuss the state of the credit union, including reports from the Chairperson of the Board and the Supervisory Committee, review of the annual meeting minutes and election of Board members. Many have found the virtual option to be more convenient and to allow them to attend when they otherwise would not have. However, some may prefer the in person option so we will continue to provide both options this year. Registration will be required for either type of attendance. The date of the meeting is April 15th, 2025. The meeting will begin at 5:30 PM Central Time.

GMFCU Governance & Annual Report
Credit unions are locally owned and operated in the communities they serve. Each member owns a share of the credit union and therefore has an equal voice when it comes to matters pertaining to the organization. The board of directors consist of unpaid volunteers voted in by their fellow members and are also members of that specific credit union. Since credit unions do not answer to any other shareholders, board members work to develop the organization, programs and policies in the best interest of the members.
