The ATM just took a step into the future! Our Interactive Teller Machines look exactly like ATMs, but allow you to see and speak to a live member service representative from the convenience of your vehicle through the camera and speakers located on the front of the ITM. Need more privacy, you may plug in your own earbuds as well as utilize the on-screen text messaging function.
To start, simply touch the screen and you will be connected with a member service representative that can assist you with your transaction as if you were inside the branch. Need just a simple withdrawal? No problem. You can still use the ITM as a normal ATM for simple cash withdrawals.

Can I still use the ITM as an ATM for a quick withdrawal?
Absolutely! Members have complete control over the use of the ITM. Need to talk to an MSR? Press the button to let us know you’d like to talk.
How do I cash a check?
After your check is inserted into the slot, an image is then sent to the MSR you are working with. At this point, you may choose to cash the check or deposit into your account.
How do i make a cash deposit?
The amount of your cash deposit in any denomination may be deposited into the cash acceptor. The ITM will then count the cash and verify the amount with you on the screen. A deposit slip is not needed or required.
Can I pay my loan at an ITM?
You bet! Loan payments may be made in the form of cash, check, or transferred from your GMFCU account.
Is there a delay in transactions posting to my account?
Not at all! Transaction postings are done in the same timely manner as if you came into one of our branches.
