Fee Manager Process
There are three ways to request a refund:
- Fill out the form below and click the submit button. Your information will automatically be submitted to GMFCU.
- Email your request to FeeManager@gmcu.org and include all the information requested in the form below.
- Download the Fee Manager Instruction form and submit a written request to any branch.
Requests will receive a response no later than 24-72 hours after the request is made.
We must hear from you no later than 60 days after the fee was assessed or 60 days after we sent you the FIRST statement on which the fee appeared.
If the fee you are questioning is in conjunction with a transaction that is fraudulent, please contact the credit union immediately.
